What this looks like: Application review, background considerations, and an intake interview to determine readiness. 

Residents enter a structured living environment focused on accountability and routine. This phase helps individuals establish consistency, safety, and a strong foundation for long-term success. 

What this looks like: Curfews, house expectations, weekly check-ins, and a focus on daily structure. 

Residents secure and maintain employment as a core program requirement. We emphasize financial responsibility and work readiness to support independence and stability. 

What this looks like: Job searching, interviews, consistent work schedules, and income stability. 

Residents build life skills, responsibility, and long-term goals.
Through guidance and support, individuals develop the tools needed to navigate life beyond the program.

 What this looks like: Goal setting, budgeting, communication skills, and personal accountability.

 Residents transition into stable housing. This final stage focuses on sustaining progress and confidently moving forward into independent living. 

What this looks like: Securing housing, maintaining employment, and continuing positive routines independently.
