Meet Our Founder

Erin Gillylen-Burton

Erin Gillylen is the Founder and Program Administrator of BridgePoint Housing, bringing a strong foundation in community development and reentry-focused housing. She earned her Master of City and Regional Planning in 2019 at the University of Memphis and has dedicated her work to expanding access to stable housing and supportive services for individuals in transition.

In her role as a Regional Housing Facilitator with the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Erin works closely with community partners, service providers, and state agencies to address housing needs and strengthen support systems across the region. Her experience has shaped a practical and compassionate approach to reentry, grounded in structure, accountability, and long-term stability.

As a loving wife and mother, Erin brings both professional expertise and personal dedication to her work, leading BridgePoint Housing with a clear vision of creating safe, supportive environments where individuals can rebuild their lives and move forward with confidence.
